Commercial Building Renovation

Midway through its construction, this commercial office

building was put on hold by its developers. Our office was

approached to redesign the elevations, and create a new character

for the project. A Mashrabiya, which is a traditional

window treatment used in vernacular buildings throughout

the Hijaz region, was designed to be installed on the building

exterior openings.
